Trovare Casa means "to find home" in Italian. For us, it is more than a name — it is a purpose.
Trovare Casa was founded by Patience, a Shrewsbury-based entrepreneur with a background in frontline support work. Having spent years working with vulnerable adults and individuals facing housing instability, Patie saw first-hand the difference a safe, well-managed home makes to a person's life.
That experience inspired the creation of Trovare Casa, a property company built not just on profit, but on purpose. We believe landlords deserve a reliable, professional partner they can trust. And we believe every tenant, regardless of their circumstances, deserves a home they can feel safe in.

Rent-to-Rent — Guaranteed Rent
We lease your property directly from you at an agreed monthly rent, guaranteed, regardless of occupancy. We then manage the property on our behalf, covering all tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day management.
